Installing Rotors and Cassette
Once you've fitted your tyres, you can move on to fitting your brake rotors and cassette.
Instructions for fitting these will depend on the brand and specifications of your components, so we’ve linked videos below which cover the major brands and types of rotor and cassette.
One thing we really encourage is to follow the instructions about how to grease (if applicable) and correctly torque your cassette locking mechanism when you fit it, otherwise you can find the cassette almost impossible to remove later.
Keep in mind that you’ll possibly need to realign your brake callipers and fine-tune your cassette when you fit your new wheels to your bike - again, we’ve linked instructions for that just below.
